Baby Update

Last Wednesday the doctor spent twenty minutes trying to find whether the baby's head was down and couldn't tell. So she ordered an ultrasound for yesterday (Monday). I went to the ultrasound and the baby head was down. Evertything looks normal for the baby's gestational age of 38w3d even the fluid levels are normal. The tech estimates the baby's weight at 7 1/2 lbs. The baby was napping during the whole ultrasound. When the tech tried to get a profile pic of the baby's face she could only get part of it because she had her foot right next to her face.
The baby has definately dropped and I'm feeling more pressure on my joints compared to the other pregnancies. Luckily there isn't much longer to go. I don't think she will stay in till the 26th but who knows. I think the earliest will be about the 21st, so we will see. Tomorrow I see the doctor again and this time she will check to see if I'm dilated (she hasn't check so far).

*** UPDATE*** My appointment for Wed. (today) got cancelled. The doc reschedueled it for tomorrow at 10:30.
