Stand By Me
Renowned musicians all over the world combined their talents to create this song. From the award-winning documentary, "Playing For Change: Peace Through Music", a cover of the Ben E. King classic by musicians around the world.
I thought this went alot with all of us on here. Even though we don't live close or see each other, we are always here for anyone who needs us no matter how big or small the situation is. I just wanted to let everyone know how much I appreciate all of you and am glad we are friends. I hope you all have a wonderful new year.

Angelina's Christmas Program
This was a song called Candy Cane Jane.
Then the last one sung was O' Come All Ye Faithful.
Through the whole program the loudest kid you hear was a friend of mine's daughter Olivia. She was also bowing at the end of each song. At one point the music teacher had to stop the sing and quietly scolded three kids. Two of the were pretend fighting in the back and then Olivia was doing ballerina jumps in the back.
I loved how Angelina swayed during some of the songs.

Mira playing with Veronica's toy
Veronica got this from the CG Christmas party but Mira wouldn't stop playing with it. It was a hoot to watch her re-act to it. It's hard not to shake the camera while laughing at her interact with something new.

CG Christmas Party for Kids
Waiting for Santa to arrive.
Happy Kristina
Our friends the Jensen's, us,
Eating chicken nuggets and fries while decorating cookies.
Look at that smile.
Angelina was called first and I couldn't get to a spot to take a better picture of her with Santa.
But look at the smile she gave when she saw how big the gift was Kristina was more interested in the flash and all the white furry things.

Blocking the Sun

I saw this and thought I would like to try this to block the sun blinding us thru our wierdly spaced top living room windows. Fabric and spray starch... I think it could be done. Plus it's easy clean up. The only problem is I need a ladder to get to the windows.

Angelina's 1st Field Trip
Here is the three classes minus about five kids.
Angelina and her Best Friend Ruby.
All gathered around the Science Lady.
Angelina listening closely. This field trip was on Election Day.
The school is a polling place and the kids couldn't have classes there.
So we started off at Satellite Beach Library where we got Angelina her own library card.
She checked out three books.
"Bark, George", "Copy Crocs", and "Maisy goes to the Library"
Then we went to Pelican Coast Beach Park.
That is where the Science Lady met us.
The kids all learned about food and nutrition.
They guessed what would float a pumpkin or a zuchinni.
What weighs more rice or corn kernals.
All in all I think Angelina had lots of fun.

Common Sense
An Obituary Printed In the London Times (Still have reporters and free press)
Interesting and sadly true'Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, 'Common Sense', who has been with us for many years. No one knows for sure how old he was, since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape. He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as:Knowing when to come in out of the rain; why the early bird gets the worm; Life isn't always fair; and maybe it was my fault.Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies (don't spend more than you can earn) and reliable strategies (adults, not children, are in charge).
His health began to deteriorate rapidly when well-intentioned but overbearing regulations were set in place. Reports of a 6-year-old boy charged with sexual harassment for kissing a classmate; teens suspended from school for using mouth wash after lunch; and a teacher fired for reprimanding an unruly student, only worsened his condition.
Common Sense lost ground when parents attacked teachers for doing the job that they themselves had failed to do in disciplining their unruly children. It declined even further when schools were required to get parental consent to administer sun lotion or an Aspirin to a student; but could not inform parents when a student became pregnant and wanted to have an abortion.
Common Sense lost the will to live as the churches became businesses; and criminals received better treatment than their victims. Common Sense took a beating when you couldn't defend yourself from a burglar in your own home and the burglar could sue you for assault. Common Sense finally gave up the will to live, after a woman failed to realize that a steaming cup of coffee was hot. She spilled a little in her lap, and was promptly awarded a huge settlement.
Common Sense was preceded in death, by his parents, Truth and Trust. His wife, Discretion, his daughter, Responsibility, his son, Reason. He is survived by his 4 stepbrothers; I Know My Rights; I Want It Now; Someone Else Is To Blame; I'm A Victim. Not many attended his funeral because so few realized he was gone. If you still remember him, pass this on. If not, join the majority and do nothing.

Getting to Know You
Treat bags.
Kristina after a biter biscuit.
Dunk the Chief's.This is the new XPO Chief Brennan.
We went to a Coast Guard getting to know you BBQ on Saturday.
It totally exhausted everyone. The girls loved the bounce house they rented.
Everyone got somewhat frustrated with the on and off raining.
I don't think we will go to another one of these if they will be serving beer again.
The girls, well mostly Angelina, threw a fit when we said it was time to go.
Aaron and I were starting to get headaches from the smell of alcohol breath of everyone we talked to. Luckily they had plenty of water for us to drink otherwise we would have left shortly after getting there.

Trick or Treating
Before Trick or Treating
Mira running back to us.
Waiting for someone to pass out candy.
They were good girls saying "Thank You" every time they got candy.

Aaron coaxing Mira to get her gift.
She kept doing this the whole time on Santa's lap.
Veronica was happy to see that Santa didn't leave her out.
