Veronica got 2 Outstanding, 15 Satisfactory, and 11 Not demostrated consistently.
She is not constistent in communication. That means: writing legibly, using correct capitalization and punctuation, applies standard spelling to written work, communicates effectively when speaking or through writing.
She is great at understanding science concepts and social studies concepts.
Right now the teacher's main concern (other than communication) is Veronica not consistent in listening and following directions and completing activites in a timely manner.
We've been using a kitchen timer to get her complete activities in a timely manner and that has helped her at home and with her homework, but when I mentioned it to her Kindergarten teacher last year it was shrugged off.
If Veronica is like me she needs something to help her keep focused on a task like the kitchen timer for example. I had to use one when in 1st grade as well. Heck I still use the timer to this day on myself. I'm one who gets easily distracted (part of my Attention Deficiet Disorder) and I've noticed that Veronica does get distracted as well. I'm starting to wonder if she has A.D.D. as well. Aaron thinks she might have deslexia because of the way she writes her 5, 2, d, b, g, and p.
Her report card is good enough but Aaron and I know she can do better. Yes somethings like, listening and following directions, is really needed to be talked about. Hopefully we see an improvement on her report card next grading period.

All kids struggle with certain letters and a lot of the numbers...it would be good to keep an eye on it all, but some of it she will learn and out grow. :)
Good job Ronnie! Just tell her teacher to let her dress up everyday, thats what she did here.
